The site
Regional Headquarters of the Party of Progress and Socialism's website presents the local branch, publishes official election figures and legal texts, and lets people ask to join and members manage their space. By using it you accept these terms.
Information we publish
Election figures are taken from official announcements as reported by the sources named next to each figure, with the date. Provisional figures are labelled as such. Figures we work out ourselves (for example a percentage) are labelled as computed. We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but the official texts and announcements always prevail.
The "rules in brief" are a reading aid, not legal advice.
Membership requests
Sending a request does not make you a member: the branch reviews it and may refuse it. Membership follows the organic law 29.11 on political parties and the party's statutes. You confirm on the form that you meet the conditions, and that what you write is true.
Accounts
- Keep your password secret and change the temporary one at your first sign-in.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- We may suspend an account that is misused, or when membership ends.
What you must not do
- Impersonate another person, the branch or the party.
- Give false information, or someone else's data.
- Try to reach areas or data you are not allowed to, overload the site, or interfere with its security.
- Use the members' directories or any personal data you see for anything other than the branch's activity, or share them outside the branch.
Links to other websites
We link to official portals and news websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Intellectual property
The texts and design of this site belong to the branch or their authors. Official texts and announcements remain those of their publishers. Quoting with a mention of the source is welcome.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for interruptions, or for decisions taken on the basis of information that the official sources later correct.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. We may change them, and the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
